For your convenience a 20% gratuity has been added to your bill, of which 100% goes to the chauffeur,
however all gratuities are subject to your approval and are completely voluntary. We take pride in our service
and chauffeurs. If you feel that your chauffeur did not exceed your expectations, please contact us.
Rates are subject to change and do not apply during special events.
We are not liable for delays caused by accidents, airlines, breakdowns, weather, traffic, or conditions beyond our
control. We will make an effort to notify you of these conditions.
A $10 early AM fee will be charged for pickups between 00:00 to 05:59 and a $25 Holiday Surcharge will be added
for
national holidays.
All fees and charges will be billed to the customer's credit card the day of the service.
There is a $400.00 dollar deposit for party buses and limos all party buses and limos are fully stocked with water
and soda's.
Vehicle Policies
Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. For your refreshment, we provide complimentary chilled bottled water or
sodas in our vehicles. Please call us for other beverage requests.
Any damages will be billed at the cost of repairs to the renting party.
Excessive clean-up including spills of staining fluids, ANY bodily fluids, or odors will incur additional clean-up
charges
for labor and materials of any contaminated surfaces-minimum $300.
Vehicles are drive cam equipped for visual and audio recording of the safety of our personnel and the protection
against
civil liabilities in certain circumstances including accident documentation and of incidents which may warrant the
manual
activation of this system to document unruly, illegal or dangerous situations based solely upon our discretion.
Wait & Travel Time
Travel time for Atlanta area locations is computed from the time the vehicle arrives at he pick-up point to the time it
returns to the drop-off point (door-to-door).
Airport transfers are subject to the following waiting time:
-First hour after actual flight arrival time is no charge, after first hour trip reverts to charter rates.
-Extra stops en route are charged $10.00 per stop for up to 15 minutes.
-Stop times over 15 minutes, will revert trip to charter rates.
-International arrivals are billed at 2 hour charters. Chauffeurs will arrive at the actual airline arrival time.
Chauffeur Meet & Greet- there is no charge for chauffeurs to meet you at the entrance to the baggage claim area for
your respective airline, please contact us for curb side pickup options.
Greet Staff available for $40 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
No-Shows/Late Cancellation:
All no-shows and late cancellations will be billed the entire trip amount for the original reservation. Cancellation
must be
made within the following guidelines to avoid cancellation charges:
-A minimum of 2 hours notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time for airport transfers.
-A minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time for charters.
-Reservations for Proms, Special events and Conventions must be must be secured by a non-refundable deposit.
-Customer failure to show at the designated pick up location will be charged a "No show" fee for the entire amount
of the trip including sales tax and gratuity. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, you must notify us by phone to
avoid no
"no show" charge.
